When British Telecom was born in the late seventies, giving the telecoms arm of the Post Office a separate identity in the eyes of the public, few could have predicted where we’d be in 2007.

Which is? As one of the world’s leading global networked IT services companies, operating in 170 countries. With revenues of over £20billion and operations across 5 continents, we serve our customers with the same dedication, whoever and wherever they are, making their lives simpler, easier and more successful.

To keep pace with this reality, we have to not only continually respond to our customers’ requirements but also anticipate them – often before our customers are even aware of those requirements themselves. Which means we’ve had to make massive changes to the way that we resource our IT requirements.
