But don’t let your ambition be constrained by locations. From time to time, it will be essential that some teams are based together – but our priority is simply to have the right people on a project working in harmony. That doesn’t necessarily require them to physically be in the same place, as long as they’re networked up and communicating.

After all, if any employer can harness technology and communication networks to enable its people to work efficiently regardless of where they’re situated, it’s BT.

Individual roles on our jobs database will specify where locations are fixed. BT promotes flexible working arrangements wherever feasible.
