And by focusing purely on whether we’re getting it right first time and reducing the time it takes to deliver, we’re extremely results-orientated. The business model we use is self-service, zero touch and real time – which mean we can measure our costs, response times and results, while minimising operating risks and failures.
We’re also highly conscious of the need to create a working environment where our professionals can take the most improbable germ of an idea and kick it around to see if brilliance emerges (and it often does).
